We're still alive, and here are the pictures to prove it!

So we have been terrible at updating the blog. We decided to just skip October, November, and December, and jump right into January, now that it is almost officially over. Anna is growing like crazy, and (drumroll please!) she finally got her first tooth! She got it on New Year's Eve at the ripe old age of 15 months. She can't really do much with that one tooth, but hopefully soon she'll have a mouth full of teeth and we won't have to cut/break up her food into tiny pieces any more. She is an absolute joy to have around. She makes us laugh and always keeps us on our toes. Her favorite thing to do now is to climb onto chairs, and if she's fast enough, the kitchen table. She enjoys dancing, singing, playing with dogs and cats, and of course playing in the bath tub. We love her so much and can't imagine our life without her in it. So, here are a few memories from January 2010, Anna is now 16 months old.Anna in her little rocking chair. She sits in it when she watches a show. Whenever we give a little bowl of snacks, she takes it over to her chair and expects that she should be watching a show. This buys us a little time to get dinner started.
She loves her bath. After dinner we say, "Do you want to take a bath?" And she says, "Bah! Bah! Bah!" excitedly as she runs to the bathtub.
She loves reading stories. She definitely has her likes and dislikes when it comes to books. She'll get up mid-story and go get a different book if she's not that into the one we are reading her.
This is her at her 2nd Hockey Game. Being 1/4 Canadian, she has to like Hockey, right?
This is Anna at Costco one night. She loves the wide open spaces and enjoys running around the store. She also likes to push the shopping cart, and on occasion, pretend she is an oversized box of Laundry Detergent and stow her self away in the under-basket of the cart.
Accessorizing.

She is SO sweet Brittany. I can't believe she only has the 1 tooth. You're SO lucky! My kids start getting their teeth at 4 months and Jaymeson has 12 teeth already! Not only does it make nursing a JOY, but it also stretches all the misery of teething out. She is just adorable!!
